I’m so grateful that we have the BBC. Totally balanced reporting without a hint of the sensationalism that you’ll find it other media outlets. I mean take this, for example:

Here’s the thing: the news article is already quite interesting, thanks! You don’t need to dress it up with sensationalist bullshit.

I used to believe my opening gambit. I used to believe that everything I’d need to know would be covered by the infallible Beeb.

This, by the way, was not my first inkling that the BBC might not be the perfection of news reporting. Annoyed me enough to blog about it though.
